Ladies A and B team practice takes place from October until March on Saturday mornings between 9.00am and 11.00am
Coaching for both Ladies and Men who are aspiring to play in the teams takes place from 11.00 to 13.00pm, please contact Nick Leighton to book your place.
Mens team practice takes place every Sunday throughout the year from 8.30am to 11.00am, just turn up.
